This is a good phone the only problem I find is when a call comes in I can barely hear them with the volume up to #7. I asked my husband to try it out just to make sure It was not me. Has that complaint been an issue?

I didn't notice that during testing, but I did find a couple of volume complaints about it online. Just to be clear, you have ringtone volume and you have call volume. I assume you mean call volume.

Adjusting Call Volume

Just to bring the other readers up to speed, you can adjust the call volume by scrolling left on the main menu and going to Sound Settings and scrolling down and selecting Call. Here you can adjust the call volume to a maximum of level Seven. The "Seven" sounds relatively soft (though not when you hold the phone to your ear).

Unfortunately, my handset is not active, so I cannot test it during a live call.

Anonymous, I do that with my current handset because I am often in a noisy environment. That would work for the ringtone, but it wouldn't help if the problem was low call volume.

Pick a different ring tone, that's louder then set to 7.

I do not own this handset. But I do know from owning many different devices that keeping your phone turned on for many days without turning it off will make the phone act up. It never fails that after I have had my phone for around a year, I start to miss calls and text messages. When this starts to happen, I make sure that I turn my phone off and back on at least once a week. In doing this my phone is "reset" and will perform as normal. I don't know how often you turn your phone off and back on. But if you are not resetting your phone at least once a week, you may start to notice performance issues.
