Speaker phone volume

The speaker for talking kind of sucks. I can't hear most of the time... But other then that, I love my phone!

OK, the top button with the white dot works but you have to make a call or receive a call to see if the speaker is on or not. In other words there is NO speaker button, but when you make a call you'll see on the screen 'speaker on' or 'speaker off'. If it's off and you want it on press the top right button with the white dot like the other person said.

THE LAST ANSWER WAS NOT CORRECT. THE TOP BUTTON ON THE RIGHT WITH THE WHITE DOT IS THE BACK BUTTON, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SPEAKER.

When you make or receive a call, you can turn the W376g speaker phone on and off by pressing the top right button with a white dot on it. The screen will show SPKR ON above the button. I will add a picture to the main comment above.
