Still going

I lost track of how old my V170 is - nine years or more, but other than replacing the battery once, it is still in service and fully operational, and in very good condition.

I am sorry to tell you that your phone may be one of the phones that need to be replaced due to AT&T no longer supporting 2G service.

You need to go to the Tracfone website and verify if your phone can still be used or if you are going to have to replace it. Due to the AT&T networks no longer supporting 2G service. There is a page that will tell you, all you have to provide is your phone number and serial number.
