Thanks LG, for nothing.

I'm not old, but this phone certainly has me rethinking that statement. It didn't come with a "HOW TO" manual, just the quick use book. This book doesn't tell you how to use some of the features you have to use in order to use other features.

You are asked to enter a code, but you have no idea what the code is or where you find it. When I called customer service to find out what the code was, the person on the other end tells me I need to enter the code so I can then enter my code & then I'll be able to use the other features. And he does this in broken, India-English, which if you've ever used a customer service line for something like this before, you know that it must be way too expensive for real English speaking Americans to be hired to do this job.

So, I have this cute little phone I can't get my money's worth out of because they don't send you the FREAKING MANUAL! So I go the LG site to see if I can download a users manual and what do I get? ANOTHER FREAKING QUICK USE MANUAL! If this book was any good I'd be using those features NOW instead of writing this little ditty.

Why can't it just be easy?

Don't think I will be recommending this phone to anyone I know & respect. I'll be happy, though, to sing it's praises (not) to all my best enemies.

Thanks LG, for nothing.

I got most of my help from You Tube, which is what they like. 'Lazy and Lack of Customer Service' should be in their logo. It is a great phone for talk and text though. Don't expect to use the web or much else.
