What happened in the end?
They said they were sorry......how sad

Let me talk to someone. I have forgotten my password on my Samsung Galaxy J7 and no one will help.I want to activate it and use my current number.

Tracfone : Yesterday I tried to order a phone and plan, However when I hit pay the payment was Declined by VISA. . Later I checked my visa balance and noted they payed you for 12 phones and plans about ($459.72)

I did not order 12 and do not want 12 Thank you Jpe harris

To begin with I was given a voicemail password it worked 1 time and ever tine after it said wrong password.Try again.Called customer service got instructions how to reset password, didn't work!I've used Tracphone formany years, but if I can't get this resolved I'll never have another!
