Can I transfer number and minutes from a broken Net10 phone

Well I need to get a new phone because my first one broke and I wanted to make sure I get all the minutes and days with it. But now I see I have to have that phone to transfer all the crap to a new one. Is their any way I can bypass that and still get everything?

Hi,

I haven't tried this in a while, but I think you should be able to do it as long as you have the phone number and/or serial number of your old phone.
If you registered online with Tracfone, the serial number should be in their system.

When you go through the transfer, the web process will ask you to verify the number of minutes it thinks was on your old phone. If it doesn't match what was on there, then you'll have to try customer support.
