How was your Tracfone Customer service experience?
Very poor.

What happened in the end?
My questions were not answered.

How did this make you feel?

Zeta cut me off before I can type my questions. I'm asking: Why are your forcing me to buy more air time today. You said it HAS to be today.
I have additional minutes and time now.

Continually get poor customer service.

Trying to get tech support for TracFone. Conflicting messages as to why I could not receive calls/text. Was told phones were being upgraded. I had just renewed my monthly plan. I was hung up on twice. No one can answer the question as to why this phone's voice mail message will not come on, the phone does not ring I get dropped calls and I cannot send a reply text. I have repeatedlycalled tech support as this phone was not burned/erased before it was sold to me. I continually get calls/texts for the previous recipient.

Your service reps stink. Your service is terrible. I'm trying to get my problem taken care of. Terrible, terrible service.
