Monthly bills are very high, no Customer Service adjustments.

I received the Jitterbug as a Christmas gift. The original price as agreed was $42.00. Then, the first bill was $51.50 for 1 local call lasting 1 minute. No games, emails JUST 1 local call! Also, Medical Alert was not working.
Upon receiving the first bill I immediately called. Customer Service said "It's my Internet charge." I replied that I am a ATT Customer for many years.So the attendant said she connected the phone to my ATT. Also, she would deduct the $9.99 fee from my next bill. The next bill came with 0 calls, emails, texts for $55.00 NOT $42.00, NO $9.99 deductions.
When I called requesting an itemized bill, cancellation id confirmation number, they refused stating that they sent a bill. These liars cannot be trusted. Thus, I have reported them to my bank as being Fraudulent and stopped the credit card for future use. Do not trust them as they will always say "You went over your data".
Poor Service. They do not send a bill. Always overcharging of overuse data. Seniors beware.
