After my horrible experience last month with the so called customer service. I wrote a long letter to I wireless explaining my unhappiness toward the way my situation was handled.
Last week I got several calls from a different rep and when we finally connected she was so helpful and understanding. I ended up getting my son's plan back to what I originally picked for him as well as my refund for the multiple payments.
I don't know if I'm allowed to mention her name so I'll just say thank you "G" I hope your company knows what a wonderful job you do for them and their image.
