Can't get it up and running to save my soul. Have been to 2 Lexus dealerships, Best Buy, who you recommended, my husband who is a retired computer consultant and my 27 year old son who can work any of these devices.

I'm a little confused about why you went to two (!) car dealerships about this phone. Still, while I consider this to be a simple to use phone, it's not for everyone. I suggest you return it to GreatCall for a refund.
