Called center 9 times to activate replacement phone. Talked to 9 reps they said would have to transfer me. Every time get put on hold or get call back. Every time it starts the cycle all over again. 2 days and 6 hrs. later still nothing and no phone. Complained I wanted a manager, but never believed the person was a manager. I don't believe TracFone cares about helping anybody, just about the money. I figure I'm wasting even more time writing this.
