I lost my phone a few days ago and had it frozen, so if anyone found it, they could not use it.
I could not find it, so I purchased a new Tracfone.
I tried to transfer the number and minutes this evening (with Vial) when the line went dead.
I have since tried to activate the phone & transfer minutes online, without luck.
Phone line customer service should be 24/7. Please help.

I had a similar thing happen a few years ago. I lost a Motorola handset and couldn't find it. I also bought a new handset as you did and was able to transfer my number and minutes. What was different about my experience was that I didn't do anything to have the lost phone "frozen" as you called it, so I'm not sure what that involves and whether it affects being able to do the transfer.
