Disgruntled customer

Since my wife decided to upgrade to this phone, we have had nothing but problems. While our house is within sight of a cell tower and our previous net10 phone worked anywhere in our house, this phone gets no bars unless we are out in our driveway.

Many phone calls have been made to customer service and all they can do is read from a script and give us a ticket number. Eventually 1st phone was replaced with the same model. Still having same problem, still getting same run around with ticket numbers. Still waiting for a resolution.

Do not get this phone.. Inferior product and poor service.

Fixed the EM326g signal problem
by: Anonymous

I had the same problem, my old Net10 phone had great signal, but the the new EM326G that Net10 sent me had poor signal. Turns out, the new phone had a sim card that uses T-mobile cell towers. So I found an EM326G at Best Buy that has the At&t sim card, and it works great. On the bottom of the package on the bar code sticker, the model number should end with P4 which is the At&t one. If it ends with P5, it's T-mobile.
