Do I get charged for calling 411 on Tracfone?

I recently purchased and I had the question if I call 411 will I get charged or will extra minutes be deducted?

Hi jj,

I believe you're only charged the airtime of the duration of the call rounded up to the next minute. The exception is for calls to 911 which doesn't cost minutes.

Recently called 411 using my Tracfone. I had 1166.00 minutes. After 5 or so minutes I hung up. For some reason I was charged over 200 minutes. Guess what, calling Tracfone they have no idea about this nor do Walmart.
