I don't know if I got insurance on my phone or not. It won't charge at all.

Your handset has a limited one-year warranty, so perhaps it would be eligible for that. Otherwise, unless you purchased insurance separately, I don't think you have it.
There are also some credit cards that advertise additional insurance on items bought using them, but I assume you would already know about that if that was the case.
Also, I have not purchased a Kroger i-Wireless phone online so I don't know if there was an insurance add-on option during the purchase process.
In any case, I suggest contacting their customer support at 1-866-594-3644.
