I love them. I have had little trouble from customer service. just remember to ask for another rep or a supervisor, if you feel you aren't getting the answer you expect. All companies have new employees or send it overseas where they speak or understand little English.
But being with Net10 almost 12 years, I get great phones and service is good. I don't have to pay for sim cards like other companies make you and don't get hung up on by customer service like t-mobile has done to me.
