Horrible but survived ruggedness test

I am not one to bash products but this is the worst most non user-friendly phone I have ever had. It takes 4 button presses to do anything. The odds of hitting the right button are 50/50 between slim and none.

I bought this as a part of walmarts black friday adds and have hated it ever since. On the 8th of December I literally threw it on the ground full force to receive 35 dollars in satisfaction.

Seriously... On the positive side for the phone, It shut off but didn't break ....

simplicity would be a good selling point if there was any

Have to agree with Charles, four steps to do anything simple. I received this Motorola ex124Gphone because the LG800 lock screen kept coming on every 3 seconds (programming error) and it was impossible to make a phone call that had menu options or even get my own messages at home. This phone is an improvement over that mess - some items- the voice recorder is poor, and the method to copy photos and manage files overall convoluted; and I sure wish there was a way to move/disable that browser button off the shortcuts. Maybe they should indicate in the advertising manual enclosed that there's a manual available for download. Many thanks for your helpful site.
