Needs improvement (fixed)

I get service at home but not at my job. What's up VM, your map says perfect for voice calls but wont even start dialing the call. Here is the kicker: the phone says I have full signal. What's that about.

I am very disappointed. Great service plan with unlimited plan but no service where I spend most of my week. Even my customers that have cricket service can use their phone.
