Net 10 sucks after Verizon bought it

I've been a net 10 user for 15 years! About 2 months ago I was told I needed a new sim card. Nothing but trouble after I received the new Verizon/net 10 sim card. I've been on the phone with customer service almost every day for a month because the data keeps turning off. This is total garbage.
