Problem sending photos

by Diane

I have had two of these phones in one week. The photo sending is a joke. It always deducts 2.5 minutes for the photo and another 1.0 even if you do not leave a text. The photos take forever to upload. What's wrong with this. Most of the time the photo sent was never received or the connection failed but I was still charged.

It is very easy to hit the browser button by mistake and be charged for the internet, again another 1.0 for nothing. I have not tried the radio, yet.

I have been trying to get the manual on line, but I can't seem to be able to download it. I had it up the other day and today, NOTHING. I may have to return this phone for another one.

Customer service is not American and I have a hard time understanding the reps. They are not as knowledgeable as they think when it comes to problems.

Diane,

Thanks for your comments. I used to have problem sending photos when I lived in an area where the coverage was not good. I agree, that the picture messages do seem to cost a bit too much. They really should charge for that the airtime at a lower rate. With your phone, you can transfer your pictures to your computer via Bluetooth or USB cable, so you might consider those options.

Regarding the manual, I can download it fine. If you are able to download it again, I suggest saving a copy to your computer so you'll always have access to it. The link is on the review page.

Thanks again.
