In or out, I can't get any of my 3 units to use email. Is it a common problem with them? If 'fixable' where can I get written instructions more complete than those available from Tracfone? Love the form factor & build. Now if it would only work!

Thanks for your question and sorry for the late reply. My 440g is not active so I cannot try and reproduce your problem. The instructions for setting up Yahoo email seem fairly straightforward as long as you use your full email address to login:

I did however have problems setting up Yahoo email on a separate (Android) device last year. After some searching I remembered that the problem was that email account required two-step verification which required an additional code. I don't know if that is an issue for you, but you can read more about it here:
