Top rate customer service!

I don't understand all the fuss about customer service. I've been a customer for about 4 years. Today I bought a new phone because I was bored with the old one. Went on the website to activate and transfer my current phone number to the new phone.

In total, it took about 20 minutes from the time I logged onto the net10 website to when my new phone was activated with my old number. It was a simple no-nonsense procedure. Perhaps some people just have difficulty following simple instructions.
