Unhappy Customer

I have only had the phone for one month, and I know I've called customer service at least 20 times. Each time I speak to someone who does not speak English well at all, and I'm not sure what they are saying.

The last time I called the representative seemed to be intoxicated and that is no joke. She seemed to be uncertain about what to say and I just said thank you and hung the phone up. I would not advise anyone to purchase this telephone because it is not worth the money or the time to have to place calls to customer service over and over and still have the same problems with the phone.

One person I spoke with told me he had my phone in the system as a blackberry. Go figure.
