I want activate this Nokia phone. My daughter sent it to me. She moved to Australia. She bought a new phone there. This is deactivated. I have a flip phone. I want talk, text message and internet. She had AT&T.

Hi Debra,
You will probably need to get a new SIM card for it, before you can re-activate the phone. After a phone has been inactive for a while, the SIM card is unregistered.
You can try taking it into a local AT&T store if there's one near you. Otherwise, you can try calling AT&T support and see what you need to do to activate the phone.
