The worst ever! I have been a month trying to get phone service back since losing my cell phone. I have spent hours and hours on the phone, transferred from one rep to another, but I only ended up getting cut off.
Bought a replacement phone thru Tracfone, an iPhone. It did not work. I sent it back within 24 hours, and it has been over 3 weeks and no money back.
I tried to activate an old phone until I could get a new one. They sent me a SIM card, which I paid for. That did not work.
I am out the money for the iPhone. I am out 8 months of prepaid service, and no credit for the down time. I have spent 2 hours this morning trying to get this straightened out again, and now my landline phone has lost its charge. I have been cut off 4 times this morning. I am really upset. I have been a Tracfone customer for over 15 years.
No resolution at this time. NONE. No help from Customer service at all.
I feel like now that Tracfone has my money they could care less about me as a customer. I am furious. I have dealt with multiple service reps. One of them was quite snarky. This morning I was cut off four times.
They could put someone on their phone lines I can understand. Their English is terrible. When transferring the call to a different department the agent should stay online to assure the transfer goes thru. This is without a doubt the worst customer service debacle I have ever experienced. Saying "I am sorry for your inconvenience" does not cut it. The problem has yet to be resolved.
I want Tracfone to refund me the amount I paid for service, including the extra data I paid for. My credit company has been notified to watch for the refund I am owed for the iPhone I received on July 15, 2022 and returned on July 16, 2022. My credit card company told me they have 15 days to refund my payment. Well past the 15 days.
My next phone call will go to consumer protection. After that I will be seeking service elsewhere. Been having problems with Tracfone for a long time now, and customer service keeps getting worse.
