How was your tracfone customer service experience?
Not good. They could not get my phone to get service.
What happened in the end?
I asked how to get a refund, and they gave me a number. When I called it, the whole time the automated system tried to sell me everything. At the end they hung up, and I never did get to talk to someone.
How did this make you feel?
If you had a bad experience, what should they've done differently to make you feel good about the service provided?
At least help me get my money back. We only use the phone for when we go out of town and we have to buy a new card but this time I did it over the computer. I will never do that again
