How was your Tracfone Customer service experience?
Horrible, could not understand or get them to understand my problem, a big waste of time.
I gave up on trying to get the agent to understand what I was trying to tell them, and they kept trying to make changes that I never tried or mentioned to them that I needed.
I felt like I was talking to myself.
If you had a bad experience, what should they've done differently to make you feel good about the service provided?
They should have been trained on working with TracFone technical issues. They all seem to have no knowledge of issues with TracFones. I hate dealing with them and dread calling them in the future!
